Erdogan, Dbeibeh Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties

(MENAFN) Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Libya’s Government of National Unity Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh held discussions on Friday regarding the relationship between their nations and broader regional matters.

During the telephone conversation, Erdogan informed Dbeibeh that Ankara is "closely following" developments in Libya and "will continue to do its part to ensure security and stability," as reported by Türkiye’s Communications Directorate.

Highlighting the significance of collaboration in multiple sectors, particularly energy, the Turkish leader emphasized that both countries will persist in their coordinated efforts to safeguard their rights and interests in the Eastern Mediterranean.
